There was a fly on the pizza buffet. The workers only cleared away our old plates once (when we were leaving). Half of the prize machines in the game room were unavailable. When I asked to speak to a manager, they were also unavailable....

There were 4 or 5 lukewarm pieces of chicken when we arrived & it wasn’t stocked again until we were leaving. I had a thigh, my husband didn’t have any. The area near the chicken was also near empty or product that wasn't restocked at all. The employees are always great there but the quality and everything else was quite disappointing. Unfortunately this is the 2nd time in a row it was like that for us
